COACHING FOR PERSONAL GROWTH
Many people feel at various points in their lives that it is time for a change. You have not yet reached your full potential? You don’t yet have the self-confidence you desire? Your work-life balance is out of whack?
Your personal example is not listed here? That doesn’t matter, because coaching is always about your very personal goals. And you don’t even have to be able to define them exactly before the coaching. The coach helps you with the formulation and then puts you on the right path towards your goal. In doing so, he does not give advice and never prescribes solutions.
I speak here of coaching for personal growth because some of the problems we constantly experience on the outside have something to do with our inner self. In coaching, we then get to the heart of the matter to help you move forward in a sustainable way. Coaching is nothing esoteric, but a clearly defined process for which the coach needs good tools.
A free pre-consultation call – the basis for successful coaching
Just one hour of coaching can bring you more clarity. A coaching journey of 3 to 6 appointments can bring you decisively further. It is very important that you understand what coaching is and how it differs from mentoring, consulting or even therapy. Read more about this in the FAQ section. In the pre-consultation call we can clarify all open questions and define what the goal and purpose of the coaching should be. In addition, the chemistry between us must be right and you should feel that you are in good hands with me. Then we can also talk about my fee. You can book single sessions or a package of 6 appointments.
What do I do for you as a coach?
You will experience in me an authentic, honest coach who can empathize with you very well and will listen to you very carefully. And so I will be able to gently guide you through the conversation and always ask the right questions. From thought-provoking impulses and changes in perspective, change and personal growth will result and you will develop and implement solutions to your challenge.
“It is mad to believe that you can get a different result when you keep doing the same things.” – Albert Einstein
