NICOLE, THE COACH AND FREELANCE ENGLISH TEACHER

Privately and professionally, I have always been intensely involved with people. After 15 years in the field of English training (since 2006), it was almost a logical consequence for me to take the path towards coaching. Training is not like coaching, but both are special to me. With coaching I help you on your very personal way and am completely in the background. I open up space for you to explore and reflect. This kind of work is a real matter of the heart for me.

My life’s path has not always been straight, and I too have needed help at the one or other road crossing. This taught me how valuable an impulse from outside can be.  As a very honest person, I can be quite direct sometimes, but I am also always kind to others and desire harmonious relationships. You will be in very safe hands with me.

I am an ICF ACSTH Professional Coach (ACC level of the ICF), have a Certificate in Executive Caoching, and I am in the process of further training for the Diploma of Professional Coaching. The coaching room is a protected space, according to my values and the Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation. My standards are in line with the PCC criteria of the ICF. Let’s get to know each other and I’ll explain what makes a good coach, what coaching can do – and then we’ll see if this kind of support can help you move forward.

IN MY OWN UNIQUE WAY

I can only be good a coach when I am authentic and honest. And honest while at the same time remaining non-judgemental and impartial.

I will provoke you when my gut feeling tell me to do so. I will try to make you reflect on a deeper level, but totally unattached to a potential outcome.

Confidentiality is sacred in the coaching relationship.
