Corporate Coaching for Managers

Young leaders are sometimes not yet sure of their leadership and still need support to fully develop their talents. Uncertainty on the part of the leader leads to uncertainty on the part of the team. In such cases coaching can help team leaders understand and fill the leadership role with confidence. Coaching can help where a leader feels insecurity or dissatisfaction.

Leaders at all levels can reach a point where they can no longer get anywhere with tunnel vision. At which dissatisfaction sets in. At which the team is not doing “what it should”. Usually, they come to the coaching with outside symptoms such as “my team does not perform” or “they are not motivated”. What exactly lies behind this and how to solve it, the client then finds out in the coaching sessions.

Coaching initiates a change of perspective and offers the chance for a better and more fulfilling work life, and with regard to the work-life balance also for a better private life, however that is defined. In an introductory meeting, I work with you to find out where things are sticking and where you want to go with that.

Team Coaching

The entire team is a system in which everyone is connected. Good leadership has a great impact on the team. However, the relationships among each other, the understanding of each other and the communication in the team are also crucial for great team performance.

Do team members know each other’s strengths? According to which value system do the individual employees work and where are conflicts and the need for clarification? Can everyone in the team give their best? What contribution do the team members make and do they identify with the vision? Is there a vision at all?

Coaching for employees is a great way to draw on the wonderful potential of the people in the company. Coaching can lead to higher employee retention when people feel more comfortable and fulfilled and are allowed to work according to their talents and personality.

Even if you were to offer coaching purely as an incentive, the return on investment would likely be massive. Offering targeted coaching to an entire team can move mountains.
